Two-Hour Initial Evaluation and Treatment: During this visit, we will review your spine and X-rays, discuss your curve classification, explain the PSSE method, and begin a customized treatment program tailored to your needs for scoliosis and kyphosis.
Five treatment sessions within 30 days designed to teach the principles of Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis-Specific Exercises (PSSE). Treatment begins in gravity-assisted positions to promote proper alignment and body awareness and may progress to against-gravity positions as the patient's strength, skill, and commitment to their Home Exercise Program (HEP) improve. Progression is individualized based on each patient's needs and adherence to the program.
